Master Template Customisation

How to create an email master template in AutoConvert.

Your Basic Master Template is already in Settings > Template > Email.

To customise your Master Template, you will need to open the Replacement Token page within Settings > Account.

Working from top to bottom you will need to:
  1. Update Email_Company_Name.
  2. Update the Email_CompanyLogo with a logo no bigger than 300px wide.
  3. Update Email_BrandColour1 – this will be your primary colour for the top banner that the logo sits in (Use a Hex tag for colours, eg #FFFFFF).
  4. Update Email_BrandColour2 – this is a thin line under the top banner which can be your secondary brand colour – if this is not needed simply make this the same colour as the top banner.
  5. Update Email_FontColour1 – this will be your primary colour for text within the email body. Typically, dark on a white background.
  6. Update Email_BrandColour3 – This is the colour of the footer section.
  7. Update Email_FontColour2 – this is the colour of the text in the footer section.
  8. Update the Email_FooterText with your footer text information (terms).
  9. Update Email_BrandColour4 – the is the colour of the bottom sign off bar. Preferably use your darkest brand colour here.
Once done you can set up a test email within Applications +, to check the
email appears as desired.

You can now create an email and begin using your Master Template.
