Marketing strategy

Automation can be used to conduct your marketing strategies at any point in their journey. Obviously the main benefit of the automation is to increase efficiencies and lighten manual work.

Example:

Through automation or a manual change to "Approved", you can build a contact strategy to message the customer to try to drive an inbound call or create tasks to manually call the customer. In the below example, we have created several:

  • SMS message templates  
  • Call Action Tasks
  • Automation based on a Status change to Approved

Note:

If at any point the Sub Status is changed from "Approved", future Tasks & communications will not be scheduled/go out as the rules will no longer be met.
