How do I reset my password?

Should you have forgotten you password to enter AutoConvert, you can easily reset it yourself:

Visit the AutoConvert website Login page (https://www.autoconvert.co.uk/user/login) and choose "Forgot your Password?"

Next, input:

• Account iD
  • If you do not know this, a manager will be able to advise this by going to Settings > Account > Users
    • "Account id" is in the 4th column
  • If you are working alone with nobody else to assist from your business, you can use the "Chat" facility in the bottom right of the screen and a member of the AutoConvert team will be able to help.
• Username
  • The "Username" that you use to access the system
  • If you do not know this, a manager will be able to advise this by going to Settings > Account > Users
    • "Username" is in the 2nd column
• Click "Submit"

You will then see this screen advising you have been sent an email.

Within your email, click on the "Reset Password" image:

Enter a new password, then repeat in the "Confirm password" box, click "Submit" and you will then be logged in.
