How do I make a call?

To make a call to an applicant there are two ways of doing this. Either click "More" which is located top right hand corner, then a menu box will appear and you select "Call customers name" or click on the phone number on the application. You will then see a calling box appear on the right hand side.

Once the call is finished if your account has calling outcomes enabled you will then be asked to leave a call out come.

wrap-code

There you can select what the outcome of the call was and add a note if needed. The wrap code can be set up to put the call into categories which is used on reporting. Once all this is completed the call will show in the activity section on the right hand side of the screen.
