How do I configure Call Outcomes / Wrap Codes?
Settings > Calling > Outcomes
Following a call made within AutoConvert, your Users can disposition the call with pre-defined Outcomes / Wrap Codes. These can then be reported on.
- Enable / Disable the ability of Users to use Outcomes / Wrap Codes
- Create your own Outcomes / Wrap Codes
- Enable / Disable individual Outcomes / Wrap Codes
