How do I configure Call Outcomes / Wrap Codes?

Settings > Calling > Outcomes

Following a call made within AutoConvert, your Users can disposition the call with pre-defined Outcomes / Wrap Codes. These can then be reported on. 

  1. Enable / Disable the ability of Users to use Outcomes / Wrap Codes
  2. Create your own Outcomes / Wrap Codes
  3. Enable / Disable individual Outcomes / Wrap Codes
