Equifax soft search

What is the Equifax Soft Search used for:

The soft search facility built into AutoConvert allows you to push customers to Equifax to receive their full Credit Reference Agency report. You then have visibility of their "Equifax RN Score" and if a Tri-Party agreement is in place with a lender, their full credit report (AutoConvert colleagues can assist with this). This then gives you the ability to view their score and report and decide which lenders to pass the customer to both manually and in automation. The full report is both visible on the screen and also downloadable to a PDF file.

How to perform an Equifax Soft Search:

There are four ways to perform the search:

1. Manually:
   • From within an application, the credit search can be performed
2. Categorisation:
   • When an application comes in, by creating one or multiple categories the credit search will be run
     
     • The example below would categorise the customer if their score is greater than 200
3. Automation:
   • At any point in a customers journey, you can create an automation to perform the credit search
     • The example below would categorise the customer if their score was between 200 & 350
4. Lender Filters:
   • Within Lender Filters, any "Integrated" filter input will make AutoConvert perform the credit Search
