Day / time restrictions on automation actions

Settings > Automation > Configure

Day / Time restrictions can be placed on, when Actions can / can't run. The best example of this is would be if you wanted to send a different SMS / email messages to your customer over a weekend or during the night. This gives you the flexibility to send different messages on different days and at different hours.

Example:

  1. Tick the "Add day/time restrictions button
  2. Choose "Do" to trigger the Action or "Don't" so the Action will not be triggered
  3. Choose the days and hours to run or not run
  4. Choose the appropriate SMS template
