Custom roles - Assignment

Used to restrict functionality and assignment to certain groups of people

There will be certain users of AutoConvert that you do not want to be assigned new applications/inquiries automatically, a good example of this would be managers or admin staff. 

This can be set up by giving users a custom role where you can remove them from the lead allocation, we recommend setting up custom roles which suit your business for example for a larger dealer it may be business manager, sales manager and sales executive. Business managers may not get assigned inquiries and so you would disable this custom role action as below.

Navigate to - Settings > Account > Custom roles

Click allow as below:

You will then find the action under the application category of "Can be automatically assigned applications" this is what needs to be enabled to allow users to be automatically assigned or disabled if you do not want them included.
