Categorise your leads using a combination of rules. These categories can be used within the scheduling area to perform various events when the rules are met.
Settings > Application > Categorisation
What is it used for?
To group customers so they can be handled in a certain way. Each Category can have one or multiple filters – Age, Licence Type, Demographic, RN Score, etc.
Also, when an “Event” happens in the customer Journey (Approval, Declined, Unable to Contact, etc) applications can then be automatically Categorised, to group those customers.
Examples:
Provisional Licence Holders:
- Grouped so they only get sent to certain lenders
- Communicate to these customers through SMS and email:
- “Please respond to this message to confirm you currently have a provisional licence. If so, when is your driving test?”
High / Low RN Score:
- Grouped so they are sent automatically to appropriate lenders
- Differently worded automated communications:
- You may not want to send a message to a prime customer with a High RN - “Congratulations, you’ve been approved”
- Where to a Lower RN scoring customer who anticipates being declined, this is perfect
- You may not want to send a message to a prime customer with a High RN - “Congratulations, you’ve been approved”
Assigning applications to different Agents:
- By grouping applications, they can automatically be assigned to different Agents / Groups of Agents
- Prime / Near Prime Teams
- When customers are Approved
- They can automatically be Categorised and Assigned to a group of Agents
Categorise and group different application Sources:
- You may have different sources of applications therefore, being able to group them means you can schedule marketing or send different Categories to different lenders/lender panels:
- Brokers may receive applications directly from their websites or “data sources” and also from individual Dealers
- You may want to market to your own applications but not Dealer introduced applicants
- Dealers / Dealer Groups may want to Categorise applications by Team (Finance Team, Digital Team, individual Dealer Branch, etc)
- Brokers may receive applications directly from their websites or “data sources” and also from individual Dealers
