When the System Triggers an Automated Action the "i" in the below image shows you which Automation did it in the Activity Feed.
The "i" will appear when the System triggers the below events. More will be added so whenever you see the "i", you can view the Automation that Triggered it:
- Add Note
- Sent SMS
- Sub Status Change
- Assigned Contact
- Assigned User
- Assigned Company
- Assigned Team
The below image shows it in action:
- The status was changed (manually in this scenario)
- This Triggered 2 lots of Automation
- Added a Note
- Sent an SMS
Settings > Automation > Configure
The below Automation triggered
- the SMS in the above Activity Feed
- the Note to be added in the above Activity Feed
